Custom orders are not refundable. However, you have 10 days from receiving the item to report any damage due to shipping. I usually make a video of the completed product and send you the link, that way I make sure you happy with the end result or need anything modified before I ship it to you.
For all other products you have 15 days to contact me for a full refund. Returned shipping cost is responsibility of the buyer.
