Materials:

- Chipboard:

2 pieces of 6 1/2" x 7 1/2"

1 piece of 6 1/2" x 3"

- 65 lb cardstock (3 pages)

- 110 lb cardstock (6 pages)

- Magnets (I used this ones)

- Fairytale card set

Step one: Binding

Join 2 pieces of 65 lb cardstock

Wrap the chipboard on the cardstock as shown.

Tip:

Leave a separation between the chipboard pieces, the right separation should be smaller.

Step two: Hinge

Cut a piece of 65 lb at 6" x 11"

Score along the 11" side at : 2, 2 3/4, 3 1/2, 4 1/4, 5, 5 3/4, 6 1/2, 7 1/4 and 8 inches

Add double sided tape one every other scored line and join them together as shown

Add tape/glue to the entire back and add to the spine. Make sure the taps are centered

Tip: Hold the vertical side up while you add the hinge

Step three: The closure

Cut a 4" x 4" piece of cardstock

Score at 1 1/2, 1 3/4, 2, 2 1/4, and 2 1/2

Attached to the back cover. Add the magnets.

Tip: Make sure to leave about an inch of wiggle room for your pages.

Step four: The Pages

Use 110 lb cardstock

Cut 3 pieces of 6 1/4" x 6 1/4"

and 3 pieces of 7 1/4" x 6 1/4"

Score along the 7 1/4" side 1/2" on each side. Add double side tape to the flaps and place the smaller piece on top to create the pocket page.

Add the pages to the hinge and decorate!
